QUICK ANSWER

MOQ and sample availability depend on the exact product and production requirements. Confirm the terms for each specification rather than assuming one factory-wide number.

01Define the minimum by item

Ask whether the minimum applies per size, colour, construction or total order. Custom compounds, printing and special packaging can change feasibility. Request the available production length and permitted delivery tolerance, not just an MOQ number.

02Give the sample a purpose

State whether the sample is for appearance review, dimensional inspection or a specified test. Confirm whether it comes from stock or the proposed production construction. Agree on sample cost, freight and the approval criteria before dispatch.

03Approve artwork separately

Supply the exact marking text, logo authorization where relevant, language, length marks and packaging artwork. OEM branding does not transfer another company’s product approvals. Production should follow the approved technical specification and artwork revision.
